I am a Partner in the Pensions Group and Share Schemes & Incentives Group of the Scottish law firm Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, which has offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.Based in Glasgow, I provide legal and professional trustee services throughout the UK, and beyond. I currently provide legal advice to a number of public sector and not-for-profit employers, charities, well-known private and listed companies and the trustees of their pension schemes.Having worked in the area of pensions and employee benefits for well over a decade, I have advised in relation to wholesale changes in pensions law, regulation and taxation.
