At Chase Moulande I was tasked with establishing a temporary desk, within the first 3 months I’d grown a desk operating at zero income to £2.5k pw and after 6 months it was operating at £3k pw, some temp to perm placements on a monthly basis pushed monthly figures to around the £15k pm mark. Employed here on a short-term contract while I studied the ‘Knowledge of London’ with the intention of handing over once successfully established.

Employed as a senior consultant, I enjoyed a great deal of success at Workmates, I was challenged with developing a geographical area which was previously untapped. I grew the area to produce on average £15k per month, with this success we made a decision to interview and employ some trainee consultants, I was part of this whole process and took on 3 staff to aid and further develop the desk. It is with great pride to say, 2 of these trainees have gone on to successful recruitment careers. Sadly, the recession of 2008 slowed the growth in construction down and we had to make redundancies, I was retained with 4 other management staff and in 2011 was approached to build a desk in the financial sector.
