My favorite part of business is the growth, creativity and challenge of moving a business forward. I am CEO of Trimac Industrial Systems though started my career running my 5th generation family steel business (founded 1857). A big change from 150+ employees to a start-up manufacturing company, but I love the challenge of growing a company.Trimac's customer's are companies that make things, typically metal components and products in factories worldwide. We market our 25 year history of proprietary designs for cleaning or coating under our brands Kemac and Gas-Cat. Our machinery includes industrial parts washers, convection and gas catalytic infrared ovens, as well as turnkey powder coating systems. Trimac's focus is to reduce our customer's cost per piece. Our commitment is to lower our customer's operating costs, cut their amount of work in process on a production line and reduce the environmental impact of their cleaning and finishing operations. We strive to help companies make more with less.My leadership philosophy is “do what you say you are going to do" so our focus is to ensure customers return to do business with us again. We strive to build upon success and learn from failure using integrity, insight and a relentless commitment to improving performance.My newfound passion is public speaking. I have presented to incredible diverse types of audiences, but the themes are often technical about catalytic combustion and green solutions in the finishing industry. I also though speak about clarity of vision and effective leadership and execution.
