I support Mexico and the Greater Caribbean, being the main point of contact for internal clients; complying with the annual planning and course logistics. I have direct contact with facilitators and suppliers to control and manage assignments and records. Likewise, I follow up on internal cases for continuous improvement and the correct functioning of the processes.

Responsible for the control and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for all Americas. Responsible for creating and updating courses, including content. Additionally, I participated in a divisional project in order to automate records and course assignments for the Non S&C population in the plant.
