I am the author of five bestselling books, including "Project Management and Resource Optimization" (Trillas), "Female Leadership," "From Demand to Excellence," and "Discover Your Purpose."I served as the Director of Consulting at Tec de Monterrey, leading a team of up to 40 consultants and more than 60 annual projects. Additionally, I founded the PMI Bajío Chapter and have been an international PMI volunteer, mentoring PMs at the PMI Poland Chapter.As an individual and team coach, and therapist, I have led teambuilding and executive coaching projects in organizations such as Michelin, Monsanto, International Paper, SAT, Santander, and Colgate.My academic background includes a MBA from ITAM, where I received an Honor Mention and the Gutiérrez Macedo Excellence Medal, and a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I also specialize in team orientation with a Gestalt approach and a bachelor’s degree in computer systems from UIA, with honors.
