• Carried out the school’s new infrastructure projects in accordance to its needs and priorities, including the renovation of 12 classrooms, 2 teacher rooms, and 2 restrooms during short (1.5 months) summer vacations.• Followed up on the school’s infrastructure improvement projects. • Fulfilled cost management (financial accountability) duties; supervised all vendors and enforced quality control during all stages of construction.• Assigned daily routines for a team of 25 maintenance personnel and led the school’s emergency repairs.

• Supervised and reviewed payroll, settlements, social security, labor conditions, vacations and benefits, and legal cases for 300+ employees.• Account manager for the company’s main client, CANTV; assigned resources while designing and executing the motivational schemes and salary scales for telemarketing teams in order to achieve the client’s goals. • In accordance with a Venezuelan Law called “Ley Orgánica de Prevención, Condiciones y medio Ambiente del Trabajo (LOPCYMAT)”, successfully created the Occupational Safety Committee, by organizing elections among more than 300 employees. • Amid company shutdown between November 2010 and February 2011, led a negotiation process with over 300 employees to achieve an amiable and appropriate settlement, diligently adhering to both contractual coherency and the equity and welfare of the employees.
