With over 15 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and communications, I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and developed strategic partnerships to maximize social impact. In my current role as Director of CSR at Eidos Global, I manage strategic alliances, oversee resource optimization, and drive initiatives aimed at fostering skills and preparing individuals for the jobs of the future.Previously, as Director of Communications & CSR (2018-2023), I led the development and execution of Eidos’ global communication strategy, aligning our messaging and campaigns with CSR principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I spearheaded the rebranding of the organization, built the communications department from the ground up, and managed a team of five along with external resources. A highlight was leading the ‘Abrazo por la Educación’ campaign, mobilizing over 50 organizations across the region.I have raised more than USD 700K through innovative proposals, working closely with global organizations such as BID Lab, United Nations agencies, and multinational companies like Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Disney, and Accenture. I also have extensive experience in public relations, media coordination, and strategic branding, ensuring enhanced visibility for the initiatives I lead.My career has allowed me to be a spokesperson at national and international events, particularly on topics related to education and the future of work.
