Responsibilities at Development and order confirmation Stage• Sourcing fabric for new development and for the development as Buyer required.• To prepare new development in different washing options with current fashion trend.• To make costing based on Buyer’s enquiry and negotiate with them to confirm order.• After receiving artwork from buyer, start development as required.Responsibilities at Order Procurement Stage• To collect PO sheet from Buyer.• To make TNA based on delivery date and production plan.• To follow up sampling with the respective team member.• To make in-house of all fabrics, trims and accessories within required time.• To conduct PP meeting and provide all necessary information to production people & QC team before starting production. • To follow up production, washing & finishing stage to carry out shipment on time.• To book the Cargo and instruct the shipping department to follow up the shipment with the garments details. • To provide all the required information to commercial department to prepare the shipping Documents.• To prepare the cost breakdown based on Export L/C to transferable L/C and close the respective fileSKILLED AREA:• Outstanding knowledge on different kinds of woven fabric.• First rate knowledge about costing based on current market.• Excellent communication & negotiation skill.• Ability to risk analysis on product and share with buyer TECHNICAL PROFILE:• Have vast knowledge about denim & woven fabric.• Excellent skill in various kind of fashionable washing.• First rate knowledge about costing based on current trend.
