• Planning, commissioning & monitoring Local Area Network for the entire organization.• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company’s services.• Implementing the necessary software for office and making the primary IT policy design.• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.• Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.• Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization’s investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company’s technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.• Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Coordinate with different kinds of vendors for necessary IT Equipments & License Software.• Leading the IT Support Team, Operating (backup) the Call Center Software & provide necessary training.

• Planning, commissioning & monitoring Local Area Network for whole organization.• To build a Data Center and the Call center for the organization worked as a Project Manager for different kinds of projects.• Communicate with and manage different kinds of Vendors to complete the defined project within the defined dead line.• As a System Administrator, I had to implement different kinds of policies to improve the quality of IT services and to make all kinds of services easy for everybody.

• Monitoring, maintaining & developing the Service Administration in all service centers.• Communication/correspondence with the ZTE Corporation, HUAWEI and CityCell as a key player of this organization.• Generating and providing reports to ZTE Corporation, HUAWEI and CityCell with the help of Customize Software ‘Terminal Service Admin -TSA’.• Developing and maintaining the TSA Software.• Monitoring the system of all CityCell Customer Care Centers and their collection points.
