BIHBV is the BRAC International company runs the Microfinance activities in 7 developing countries, 800,000+ clients, 96% are women, a loan portfolio of $ 170+ million, 6,200+ staff, 87% female staff. To define and implementing key strategies, initiatives, and working alongside the management of each entity to ensure responsible financial inclusion agenda for underprivileged population are achieved across all entities in a sustainable way. Support entities in the development and review of business targets, operational structures, products, digital initiatives and processes. Review financial projections and monitor the overall operational performance of entities against the set targets in a systematic manner and make recommendations accordingly. Build capacity through transfer of knowledge to the international entities in coordination with other support functions and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team. Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple borders. Attending to the diversified regulatory, donor, and management needs of different operating entities in order to achieve brac's impact for growth strategy. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Show less
