• Performs quantity take-off and BOQ preparation• Raise query to concerned Client and gather pricing when requireed• Coordinate with the project director and client to clarify any query or discrepencies• Preparation of Cost Estimations and Cost Plans• Preparing Tender Documents• Developing cost plans and budgets for the project by breaking down costs by work caegories• Evaluating and quantifying variations or changes to the project scope and prepare valuation assessments• Evaluation of Interim Payment Application (IPA)• Conducting regular progress valuations to access the Work completed by the Contractor
