Financial Advisory Services – Valuation & Modeling – Domestic. Work experience primarily comprised of equity and business valuation of Indian companies in the listed as well as unlisted space for mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, financial reporting and compliance; in the Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and BFSI sectors. My work encompassed the entire lifecycle of a valuation assignment right from preparing a pitch deck to delivering a valuation report to the client. The key aspects were –- Obtaining detailed understanding of the business of the target company, - Analysing the financial statements of the target company,- Interacting with the mid-management of the client as well as the target company, - Undertaking market research involving screening of comparable companies and comparable transactions, computing & evaluating multiples, - Preparing & analysing the projected cash flows of the target company, alongwith sensitivity and scenario analysis & - Delivering the valuation report to the client.
