CurrentI led Microsoft’s Marketing Operations and Campaign Management for targeting Microsoft partners (ISVs). Utilized tools such as IRIS, SFMC, ADOBE, ODM, Azure Dev Ops, Workfront, Power BI, COSMOS, etc. to ensure the overall program delivery.key achievements and responsibilities:• Using agile methodology, Managed 2 scrum teams (Technical and Business teams) for overall program delivery.• Liaised with stakeholders to strategize scalable campaign builds and audience segmentation for Microsoft ISV POD (independent software vendor).• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns, including gathering requirements, preparing data flow diagrams, campaign architecture, segmentation, and campaign build.• Managed work-back schedules within cross-functional teams for data discovery, segmentation, campaign build, and delivery.• Assess, analyze, and recommend data sources from marketing data platforms in Cosmos and data lake• Collaborate with Data Engineers to Assess, analyze, and recommend data sources from marketing data platforms for audience segmentation and Campaign sizing using COSMOS Big data platform
