Assist the Statewide Project Director for The Ohio Learns 360 project across 8 PBS stations. Conduct training sessions for educators on internally developed materials as a part of the Ohio Learns 360 project. These sessions are designed to provide guidance and support on utilizing our in-house created resources effectively in educational settings. Plan and execute community-focused family events coordinating with volunteers, vendors, and engaging community partners. Manage the purchasing and tracking of materials for our $3 million state-funded project, ensuring we maintain budget compliance and adhere to project timelines. Work closely with the contracted logistic company to guarantee seamless coordination and organization of all project-related activities. Effectively manage and meticulously maintain extensive data records within a complex system, ensuring accurate reporting to The Ohio Department of Education. Oversee and coordinate grant initiatives supporting early learning students, educators, and parents. This involves planning, implementing, and evaluating opportunities for young learners and fostering collaboration between teachers, families, and the community.
