Working as a Software Lab Technician in Women's Health & X-Ray (WHXR) Business Unit at G.E.Healthcare.Client - TCS | G.E.Healthcare Roles & responsibilities :• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Digital X-Ray and Mammography scanning machines.• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on scanners.• Installation support for the new equipments and scanning machines in the Lab.• Coordinating for decommissioning of the old equipments, PCs such as HP Z-440 , Z4G4 , Z8 & Advantech systems (IoT Healthcare platform) workstations which are being used as Simulation systems within X-Ray and Mammography teams.• Responsible for installation, calibration, and sanity test of new software builds in digital X-Ray & Mammography scanners in labs.• Maintaining and managing integrity and security of lab assets.• Setup and maintaining engineering labs (X-Ray & Mammography systems).• Responsible for setup & maintenance of Simulation systems for Software R&D & Testing teams.• To troubleshoot any hardware problems in simulators and perform simulator testing.• Debugging the software and hardware setup & configuration issues with the Lab scanners, devices, equipments , simulators and reporting effectively to the Project Leader.• Working closely with Lab Infra Project Leader and site team.

Worked as a Production Associate Trainee for 2 years in the 'X-ray division site' at Wipro GE Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (WGE). I was primarily involved in the handling, assembly, servicing,Troubleshooting &installation of CT Scanner machines.Roles & Responsibilities –• Performed assembly and sub-assembly for Spiral Volumetric Computed Tomography (SVCT) & Nuclear CT (NUCT) systems Gantry (part).• Involved in re-work during in-house system testing & validation failures.• Enforced and implemented 5S methodology (Sort , Set-in-order, Shine, Standardise & Sustain) & Kaizen approach within workplace production and project process.• Responsible for training & mentoring of new joiners within the project team.• Provided effective & strong support in the correction of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & DHRs (Design History Record).
