I am a dedicated professional with a Master of Commerce degree from St. Joseph College in Trichy,2009. My career journey began in 2004, where I initially worked part-time and eventually transitioned into full-time roles in the field of auditing. Over my 11.8-year career in internal audit (focusing on Gold Loan, SME, and MFI) and 7.1 years in MFI Sales, Collection, and Training, I have developed a passion for self-improvement and a strong belief in my ability to excel in any task.With a combined overall experience of 18.9 years, I have a track record of significant achievements apart from other achievements: One of the defining achievements in my audit career was the development of an Anti-fraud tool while serving as an Internal Auditor. This tool was designed to combat unique fraud, reflecting my commitment to ensuring the integrity of financial processes.My enthusiasm for my job has consistently driven me to explore innovative approaches and think in multiple directions to achieve better results. In my role as a Micro Finance Professional, my extensive field experience, coupled with my auditing background, led to the publication of a research article titled "EFFECTIVE CREDIT LENDING AND PORTFOLIO RISK MITIGATION METHODOLOGIES IN MFI." The methodologies outlined in this article have been successfully adopted and implemented in the field, marking another significant milestone in my career.I thrive on identifying gaps in processes, creating mitigation tools, and proactively presenting my views for implementation. I am particularly intrigued by the process of formulating task-specific formulas through simple yet effective thinking processes.
