In 2024, I started my second MBA, Technology for Business, with a focus on AI, Data Science, and Big Data at PUC-RS.I've been working in the digital market since the late 90s, and at just 19 years old, I founded Brasil Multimídia, one of the first digital agencies in the country, where I worked on a wide range of projects for clients such as McDonald's, BASF, Suzano Papel e Celulose, and CNA. I created innovative digital products when everything was still very new on the Internet, such as CMSs and digital magazine publishers.After 10 years leading my agency, I decided to broaden my horizons and worked for over 7 years as a project manager in major digital agencies like Sun MRM, Nuova, Sinc, Agência Click, and Grupo TV1. During this time, I became certified as a PMP by the PMI and a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance.In 2017, I was captivated by the startup world and created a Proptech called Morô!, which was selected for acceleration programs like Y Combinator and Sebrae SP. Working in a completely new market lacking innovative solutions, I was able to learn new concepts and approaches in building digital products firsthand.After this enriching experience, I joined Maruxo Consultoria & Treinamento, where I worked for 3 years on Business Design consulting projects with a strong focus on industry, a topic in which I specialized and co-authored the book "Indústria & E-commerce."Since July 2023, I've been working as Director of Design and Projects at Onebrain, which has been transforming companies since 2002 through highly skilled people, strategies, and technologies applied in web and app development solutions, in addition to offering tech professional hunting and outsourcing.
