Presales Consulting:Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying voice interaction solutions to OEM clients and other partners. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.As part of iFLYTEK pre-sales team, I direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle, and participate in account planning and strategy development. Work with management to define new products to meet customer requirements. Serve as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.Set up/maintain relationship with the customers.Senior Project manager:Set up the project team and kick off the project.Milestone/time schedule negotiation with the customer, draft and keep up with the project schedules.Control the cost of the whole project.Participate in the technical negotiation with the customers and other partnersLead necessary meetings internally, with the customers or with other partners.Solve or minimize all the critical issues, make decisions independently.Maintain good relationship with the customers.Report to the management periodically.
