During our internship, my friends and I organized a workshop event with the theme "Practical Skills to Become a Project Manager." I had the opportunity to take on the role of an event organizer, managing and arranging various engaging activities including the content, hands-on sessions, games, and event closure. Additionally, I was tasked with conducting interviews with experienced project managers in HMIF, which provided me with valuable insights into project management workflows and tips and tricks. This stage truly prepared me to become a project manager.

Apiary Academy's Cohort 6 Program was a profound journey that reshaped my approach to product management. Venturing into a real startup project within the program highlighted the essence of practical solutions over theoretical knowledge. The learning experience, facilitated by Apiary's Learning Management System (LMS), was a revelation. Kroyokeanjes is one of the platforms for forming new members of the ITBJazz organization. From here, I have learned a lot about effective communication among potential ITBJazz members and it has encouraged me to create engaging and exciting activities that foster bonding among group members. This can be achieved through various interactive activities such as games, quizzes, mentoring sessions, and other offline and online activities. During my leadership, I have mentored 14 prospective members and successfully fostered strong bonding among 10 of them, as evidenced by their acceptance as permanent members of the ITBJazz organization.

As a Media Partner staff, my responsibility is to establish collaborations with various media partners to support the success of the Bist League event. Most of the media partners I collaborate with are from Instagram platforms. I volunteered to teach physics from 1st grade high school to 3rd grade high school. In teaching, I use several methods and techniques so that mentees can better understand the physics materials in their respective schools. One example is using a kahoot game to review the material that has been taught by me and give prizes to the winners so that the mentees can be more enthusiastic in paying attention to me while teaching.
