CurrentCore operations and achievements:-Effectively manage the Managing Director's daily office tasks and maintain an accurate calendar, ensuring prioritization of key deliverables.-Participate in confidential meetings, accurately record minutes, and manage distribution.-Draft high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.-Collaborate with team members to organize corporate events and drive successful project management.-Conduct data extraction, management, and analysis to provide actionable business intelligence.-Improve the efficiency of sales back-office operations through lean management techniques.-Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare insightful reports and documents for the Managing Director.-Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, and act as a liaison for internal and external inquiries.-Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports, including pre-approved Visa corporate card reconciliations.-Monitor and manage incoming communications, as well as handle various administrative duties as assigned.-Oversee the management of social media accounts to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
