I am an MSc Carbon Management student at the University of Edinburgh, driven by a passion for developing innovative sustainability solutions and fostering impactful environmental change. With a strong background in Chemical and Process Engineering, I have transitioned into carbon management and sustainability to pursue work that aligns with my values of environmental stewardship and social impact.I have hands-on experience in:•Carbon Management & GHG Accounting: Developed a climate change strategy for a major retail chain, focusing on emissions footprint analysis and carbon reduction initiatives.•Climate Impact Assessments: Led a climate vulnerability assessment for a coastal hotel, analyzing risks like sea level rise and storms, and recommending mitigation and adaptation measures.•Project Management: Managed a global project at the University of Edinburgh, overseeing global environmental and social initiatives.•Technical Carbon Projects: Contributed to forestry-based low-carbon agriculture projects.I am also proud to be a fellow of the beVisioneers Program (The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship) and a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, which have empowered me with leadership and innovation skills to further amplify my impact in the sustainability sector.My mission is to use my knowledge and expertise on carbon management to work with organizations that are committed to combating climate change and promoting sustainable practices.
