Responsibilities1. Verify and validate applicant's data/documents provided. 2. Interview potential clients and assess the businesses. 3. Loan underwriting and approval.4.Recommending all loans above my credit limit to the regional credit committee. 5.Disbursing the loans to qualifying clients in accordance with the company's lendingpolicy and procedures. 6.Ensure that all pending applications are being followed up timely. 7. Preparation of daily collection sheets to be used by collectors8.Preparation of detailed schedule of defaulters together with appropriate ageinganalysis for the Operations Manager weekly. 9.Receive the daily collection, and cash collected from the collectors and shop salesrepresentatives and reconcile cash to the collection sheet daily in line with the companyprocedures. 10. Handle customer complaints and all credit related inquiries within 24 hours. 11. Daily identify defaulters from collection schedules and call up as soon aftercollection. 12. Update cashbook, inventory sheets and daily update summary schedules13. Submit figures to the Operations Manager and the Chief Executive Officer
