Reporting to the Managing Director & CEO, the focus of this role is to develop & implement strategic financial strategies to ensure the continued growth and development of the Hydro Produce group of entities and to devise the financial planning & analysis of the group including budgets & cashflow.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the focus of this role is to provide all the financial & non financial results & documentation required for the board to execute future strategies according to the mission/vision for the group.Commencing there was a need to introduce best practice in financial management and accounting processes to deliver certainty to inform decision making in an environment challenged by rapid and frequently unpredictable fluctuations in the buy/sell price of goods traded. The firm focuses on the provision of financial audits, taxation advisory and related services.As Audit and Tax Manager I was accountable for audit planning and delivery for clients across a diverse range of sectors, leading the provision of tax planning, managing junior audit staff and initiating and driving improvements to methodology and processes within the firm.Commencing as a Junior Auditor my rapid promotion occurred as a result of the strength of the relationships I developed with clients becoming a trusted advisor, built from a platform of introducing business certainty and process improvements with the timely delivery of audits.
