Key Accounts Manager
CurrentAccount Management - Generate and close new business and projects for the company to meet sales target - Develop strategies and techniques necessary for closing different accounts - Deals with one or more key customer accounts on a long-term basis - Manage client relationship to maintain and satisfy existing accounts - Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts - Consult with clients in defining and analysing functional and operational needs - Translate functional needs of the clients into system requirements, working closely with the design and engineering team - Prepare and submit proposals, tender returns and bid documents - Prepare and conduct pre-sales, design proposal and post-tender presentations - Prepare, develop and presents Bill of Quantities, System Schematic, System Description and Technical Specifications to clientProject Management - Initiate project kick-off once the project was awarded - Lead the project team for successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project - Provide overall time and budget related reports of the project to the executive management - Leads weekly status meeting with the client representatives - Produce weekly status report for the client, project team and senior stakeholders - Continuously revise and update project plan and programme - Coordinate with Consultants, Architects, Client's representatives and other trades on a regular basis - Facilitate changes and variation orders during a project
