Prior to starting my career as a team builder, I worked as a Virtual Assistant and managed several eCommerce businesses of a client. I helped in improving business processes, and trained and managed a team of Virtual Assistants.I also worked for various international financial institutions for 10 years and has been involved in creating an engaged and fun environment on the whole department I am a part of with the aim to achieve work life balance.Back in college, I became a leader of a Theater Organization, and conducted various workshops and team building activities.I am continuing to improve my craft in facilitation by enrolling in an Improv Class specifically with Third World Improv. I am learning to Be In The Moment, Active Listening, “Yes And” mentality, and Making Others Look Good.
