As a Proposal Engineer at Malvern Panalytical, I applied my communication and problem-solving skills to create customised technical solutions for customers in the field of material analysis. I introduced spare part packages to implement in pre- and after-sales procedures to increase machine performance and productivity for customers. I introduced maintenance schedules for products / machines to reduce risk of failure and to prevent downtime.Managed customer service inquiries from investigating the problem, coordinating with engineering and service personnel until the delivery of the solution.I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saxion Hogeschool Enschede, and I also completed two exchange programs at Universiteit Twente and Politechnika Łódzka, where I enhanced my knowledge and skills in Mechanical Engineering. I am proficient in different CAD softwares, which I used extensively in my academic and professional projects.
