Organize and manage all aspects of Engineered Solutions Group production, including assisting in staffing the production floor with experienced assembly technicians. Schedule builds using a capacity planner to meet or beat customer delivery expectations. Ensure quality requirements are met for all production jobs. Manage the paperwork flow requirements for each project to ensure documentation packets are kept intact during production and turned in complete when finished. Supervise construction processes for cable assemblies. Perform required construction processes for control assemblies and light mechanical products. Train and mentor assembly technicians to perform their jobs. Periodically reviews performance to ensure employees are meeting efficient expectations. Perform shipping/receiving duties as necessary. Perform all duties of assembly technician as needed to meet production deliveries.Played an integral role in obtaining UL508A and ISO9001 certifications.
