At the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, our team is dedicated to the rehabilitation and reformation of inmates, ensuring they serve time in facilities that meet United Nations standards. My role as a Prison Officer has involved significant contribution to the construction of new jail dormitories and the surveying of land for facility development. With a focus on creating a sustainable and humane environment, we work on transforming lives through effective incarceration practices and preparing inmates for eventual reintegration into society.
