During this 11 year span, I provided accounting and consulting services to various small businesses, non-profits and other accounting firms in the area. Engaged in many projects as I consulted with a few CPA firms as an audit team member for Morris, Davis & Chan, LLP, Martin & Martin and Cal Davis & Associates. Some of the projects included annual audits of the S.F. Housing Authority, Omega Boys Club of S.F., Project Reconnect and a host of other non-profit organizations, including 401k audits for various technology corporations. From 1997 - 1999, I was instrumental in developing the internal audit structure for the Salvation Army’s – Golden Gate Division, in conducting their annual internal audits. Responsible for managing and conducting the audits for over 40 of their satellite locations within the division ranging from San Francisco to Bakersfield.
