 Supervises subcontractor piping line checker and etc. Responsible for piping construction complete checking and following piping construction drawings such as isometric drawing, standard drawing, special pipe support drawing, etc., coordinate with client, other disciplines and subcontractor for all area.  Checking and review test pack document(s) and drawing(s), checking quality of test pack documents preparation and reporting to Test Pack Controller. Conduct the piping line check and prepare punch list due to piping line checking result on the test pack wise prior to piping test. Coordinate with the subcontractor piping line check group to achieve target progress on schedule. Confirm punch list for work completion on the test pack wise. Coordinate with subcontractor to expedite the completion of punch items. Clarifies Company line checking punch work list and coordinate with subcontractor to complete Company's punch items. Coordinate with piping field engineer(s) for any concerns of piping construction drawings in test pack. Updating the piping construction drawings as per site condition. (As Built) Preparation of punch list due to reinstatement checking result on the precommissioning system wise after piping test or precommissioning activities. Confirmation of punch list for work completion for reinstatement of piping.

 Reviews project specifications and applicable code of standard such as ASME I and ASME B31.3. Review ITP as per client's activity. Prepare notification and offer inspection to client. Conduct In-process inspection such as layout and cutting, fit-up & welding parameters surveillance against applicable WPS. Conduct final visual and dimensional inspection on spools, chambers and filters after welding. Ensure all NDT requirements are met prior for hydro-testing. Conduct and witnessed hydro-testing as per approved procedure. Provide documentation required such as welding inspection record, visual and dimensional inspection report, NDT reports, hydro-test reports, leak test report and any other related documents. Raise NCR on nonconforming matters related to inspection with respect to standards. Provide as built drawings as per actual condition
