Is the primary interface with unit leadership in the selection of simulation models best designed to meet commanders intent and training objectives supported by following JLCCTC-ERF SIM Suite, Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Army Low Overhead Training Toolkit (ALOTT), One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF), Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Simulation to C4I Interchange Module for Plans, Logistics and Exercises (SIMPLE), Enhanced Tactical Simulation Interface Unit (eTSIU), Virtual Reality Scene Generation (VRSG/UAV), FireSim XXI, Integrated Stimulation Module (ISM), Run Time Manager (RTM), After Action Review System (AARS), and Joint Non-kinetic Effects Model (JNEM). During exercise execution serves as a simulation senior mentor to Exercise Control (EXCON)/White Cell staff. Trains and integrate Operations/Information Operations (IO) into Land Component Commands, Corps, and Division operations. Training responsibilities include, but are not limited to analysis and assessment of information and operations/intelligence related to all IO core elements (OPSEC, PSYOP, Military Deception, EW, Computer Network Operations (CNO, CND, and CNE)), all supporting elements, related activities (PAO, Civil Military Operations). Train IO process in Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), the development and assessment of operational and tactical-level IO plans and orders, the functioning and organization of tactical /operational staffs, the review / analysis of tactical and operational-level IO-related directives /initiatives. Liaison with external US Government agencies; independently research, collate, analyze, and present data from various sources; prepare studies and analyses;prepare assessments of specific political/military vulnerabilities; analyze current intelligence holdings to identify gaps, and develop subsequent intelligence collection requirements; conduct research and analysis in the geographical and/or strategic/operational areas of interest; performing targeting analysis; perform IO feedback analysis; and provided specialized IO analytical studies in support of 1st IO Command. Primary position responsibilities focus on Instrument System (IS) during all JRTC rotations which include supporting Army Battle Command System Integration (ABCSI), Advance Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Maneuver Control system (MCS), All Source Analysis System (ASAS), Combat Service Support Control System (CSSCS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), and Command and Control for Brigade and Below Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2). Major responsibilities include: supervision and training of 13 Tactical Analysis Feedback Facilities (TAFF) (120 personnel) supporting a JRTC environment; track and monitor all battle activities; record all units operations/activities in the JRTC-IS: establish, standardize, and maintain the master unit/equipment database; establish, standardize, and maintain the rotational task organization; update friendly and enemy unit locations in the computer database on a daily basis; track/monitor/collect data/analyze unit operations/activities involving, but not limited to military operations in urban terrain, personal and fix site security, airborne operations, terrorist operations, peacekeeping, peace-enforcement, guerrilla warfare, division reconnaissance, regimental reconnaissance, motorized infantry infiltration, Mission Support Excises (MRE-Bosnia and Kosovo operations), and the Opposing Forces. (OPFOR) activities. Oversee all IS issues. Provide information and de-conflict/coordinate pre-rotation issues at ICBs, IPRs, and Laydowns.

Duties: Manage over 560 TRW linguists from diverse cultures and staff at the largest NATO/KFOR base and surrounding areas within the hostile fire zone of Kosovo, Yugoslavia. The Balkan Language Program supports over 6,000 US troops, US government agencies (Kosovo), and the US Embassy (Macedonia). Supports the US government throughout Greece, the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonian (FYROM), Bulgaria, Italy, and Albania by providing highly skilled linguists that are proficient in Serbo-Croatian, Arabic, Albanian, Greek, Italian, and Russian. Present position manages human resource aspects of recruiting, hiring, termination, payroll, vacation, time off, training, personal security, operational security, logistics (equipment issue, maintaining three warehouses), safety, counseling, housing, air/ground transportation (within the Balkans, Europe, and the U.S.), project scheduling, cost tracking, configuration management, project reporting, and obtaining additional contracts.

Major responsibilities include: developing initial scenario concepts and briefings from which scenario planning and coordination starts; Liaison with JRTC Live Fire Exercise Division; Develop combat plans, orders, messages and all other related documents; demonstrate doctrinal, technical and tactical expertise in military planning at Battalion, Brigade, Division and Joint Task Force levels; primary BDM/TRW representative in the Exercise Management Control Center (EMC) controlling battle integration and synchronization. Skills include: professional writing, drafting, preparing and producing all computers generated written products and graphics, presenting decision and information briefings. Winner of two BDM Excellence Awards, BDM Star Award and numerous commendation letters from clients for JRTC exercises. Lead writer on CN 95-9, Cooperative Nugget 95. NATO’S first Partnership for Peace (PfP) exercise in the United States. Trained 4,000 soldiers from three NATO and 14 PfP nations to US peacekeeping standards. Bosnia scenario lead writer for the first two JRTC Mission Readiness Exercises (MRE) for Bosnia scenario, set standard for all for all future MRE exercises – received BDM Excellence Award
