Time served skilled engineer served up at Graham engineering working as a machinist within the nuclear industry. Trained to HNC and HND level 5 also hold A1 with level 3 teaching qualification working towards V1 and management qualifications (ongoing)Ex military background that ensures a high level of self discipline, and a desire to learn backed up with a wealth of manufacturing and training experience gained whilst at company's like Graham engineering, Provincial engineering/Pendle polymer engineering/T2000/Buoyant upholstery/Silentnight and Wardle stores.Currently working at Training 2000 as the Delivery manager for engineering. This involves team building setting targets and the goals for the engineering team. Tracking performance and working closely with the SMT to help find and develop new opportunities to maintain and grow the department ensuring that learners and costumers have a positive experience and that training is fit for purpose. The current role also includes the design of courses both on and offline.Project management dealing with customers/staff and suppliers on a daily basis.This also involves the design and validation,assessment of courses using Onefile/teams and other platforms and working with learners on site or in the classroom,online and in the workshop.
