At this job, I was a customer advocate. I would get 4-5 new loans everyday and I would reach out to customers and inform them about the refinance process. I would also notify them about the documents that they need to send in. I would reach out to customers everyday either to follow up on the documents they need to send or explain to them how the status of their refinance is going. I would answer calls and send emails out as well.

I was a loan processor and managed a pipeline of about 30-50 loans. I would reach out to the customers as soon as I was assigned the loan. I would index documents and I would also reach out to the borrowers to send in the documents needed to get the loan into underwriting. I would review the loan thoroughly and careful to make sure that every underwriting condition was fulfilled and that the file was ready for a final approve status. I would reach out to borrowers daily via phone or email. I would also be in contact with the Loan Officer's of the file to ensure the loan closes on the estimated closing date.
