Marvin splits his time between two separate activities: acting as an executive team coach and leadership development consultant, either on his own account or through the Enablers Network, and organising road cycling training camps in the Alps with his private company Alpine Cols. Before starting his independent consulting business in 2005, Marvin held successive positions as an officer in the British Navy, field engineer in the oil industry, sales executive in manufacturing, HR executive in engineering services and finally organisation development consultant and executive coach in the software industry. Marvin has lived and worked in more than ten different countries, developing an ability to work naturally and effectively across cultures. British by birth, married to Emmanuelle with two sons, bilingual in French and English, he is now based near Geneva in Switzerland.
