• Direct daily operations of 5000 sq. ft. warehouse to service 3.3MM of in-state and out-of-state customer’s sales.• Manage branch operations which include administration, accounting, warehousing, inventory management, shipping/receiving operations, and employee relations.• Strategic planning with Just-In-Time (JIT) processes by using distribution demand estimations to assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, product stock, and cycle counts.• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.• Administer branch location budget, payroll through ADP, inventory adjustments, and employee updates.• Client order entry using Prophet 21 software.• Manage and maintain Vendor/Customer relations.• Employee hiring, training, coaching and development.
