During my IT apprenticeship, I gained extensive knowledge in various areas. In the network field, I was able to configure network devices and revise, correct and adapt operational documentation of various kinds. I also gained experience in reproducing and solving customer problems.In the Service Delivery & Onsite Support area, I was responsible for processing internal tickets and preparing and configuring new hardware. In Backup & Storage, I performed backups using database-native tools, configured and set up backups for various systems, and processed tickets from various sources. I was also responsible for maintaining the backup environment.In Messaging & Collaboration, I was able to independently handle customer tickets, carry out Exchange-based customer projects, take on a supporting role in Exchange Online migrations, and plan and conduct customer meetings. I also created scripts to facilitate daily work.In virtualization, I was able to install a nested vSphere environment and all associated components, maintain and patch ESXI hosts, implement a uniform password naming convention, and test failure scenarios.In my current position at SPIRIT/21, I am working on a variety of tasks related to Exchange environments. I am performing migrations from On-Premises to Exchange Online systems, installing new Exchange systems, and taking care of maintenance and patching of Exchange environments. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and managing Exchange accounts and resources such as users, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and conference rooms. I have also automated processes to make these tasks more efficient and effective.
