Lifecycle Engineering Experts GmbH (LCEE) is a consulting company for the sustainable planning, construction and operation of real estate. LCEE GmbH supports builders, investors and specialist planners in the ecological, economical and socially acceptable as well as functional design of real estate.My activities included both administrative support to the management and, in particular, the accompaniment and independent participation in projects for the sustainability analysis, assessment and certification of construction projects and buildings during the planning, execution and operation phases.My activities and particular tasks included:• Independent auditing of sustainability evaluation criteria including compilation of the documents required for sustainability certification, depending on the certification system used (DGNB and BREEAM)• Life cycle cost accounting in accordance with ISO 15686 and the specifications of relevant sustainability assessment and certification systems (here: DGNB and BNB)• Life cycle assessment in accordance with DIN 14040/44 and specifications of relevant sustainability assessment and certification systems (here: DGNB for buildings and BNB)• Audit of auditing documents of third parties with regard to the conformity to the evaluation regulations of the individual certification systems• Participation in PreChecks and PreAssessment on the expected sustainability quality of buildings in accordance with the relevant sustainability assessment and assessment criteria certification systems (here: DGNB for buildings and quarters)• Support in communicating with and within project teams

AktivPlus e.V. is a non-profit initiative of planners, architects, engineers and scientists to develop a sustainable building standard for the future.
