After finishing my Master degree in computer science at the RWTH Aachen University I joined SAP in 2012 as a technology consultant working in customer projects with focus on enterprise mobile and user experience. After 4 years I changed internally into the Mission Critical Support organization as a Global Escalation Manager responsible for resolution of critical customer situations. After that I was working for one and a half year as the central solution architect for internally used tools in the SAP Mission Control Center.Since April 2021 I am as the Head of Automation in SAP Mission Control Center responsible for a team of experts that is working on further automating and technically simplifying our business processes by leveraging state-of-the-art technologies, e.g. lightweight and user-friendly applications running on the SAP Business Technology Platform supported by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms.
