 Pricing and Contract Review -- Work with Legal, Account Management, and Operations to ensure the accuracy of pricing exhibits, alignment of rates developed with a scope of work requested by clients and ensure protective and beneficial Lead strategy to fully understand client's needs, populations being served, covered transportation services and the overall pricing approach and strategy. Interact closely with clients at various levels (CEO, CFO, Finance Director, and Contract Specialist) to explain approach in rate development and what should be expected in terms of populations being served; be able to fully explain pricing and contract terms. Summarize and communicate to management the underlying assumptions and data points used in developing pricing models which are then internally used for budget purposes on newly acquired books of business. Manage a team of Pricing Analysts. Financial Overview - Prepare pro forma profit and loss statements-based assumptions obtained from analysis monitoring financial performance of existing contracts and determine if re-pricing is warranted. Client Reporting – Prepare quarterly and annual client financial reports in accordance with contractual compliance. Request for Proposals -- Work with the Sales and Proposal Teams to review Requests for Proposals (RFP) for new and existing businesses. Aid with questions and win strategies. Utilization Review – Work with the Senior Director of System Optimization to ensure trip utilization management best practices are implemented and followed consistently across all Operations.

Build pricing models based on various assumptions from client, RFP information, or internal data. Analysis of operational and financial data for development of variance explanations.
