• Responsible for handling complete life cycle process of recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying and placement of candidates• Understanding the requirements from Hiring / Business Unit Managers• Accountable for detailed screening and to meet selection criteria• Determining current staffing needs and produce forecasts• Developed talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews• Finalizing the CTC structure post salary negotiations with the candidates• Responsible for pre & post-offer management with the candidates• Managing and updating company's ATS (LEVER)• Recruiting candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future needs• Sourcing applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMjobs and other professional networks• Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns• Being adept at both lateral hires and internal hires• Handle ethics and compliance issues
