- Performing the capacity of Owner’s Engineer HSE Manager for ACEN's Sta Cruz Solar Energy Inc. 280MW Solar Farm project at Brgy. Sta. Fe, san Marcelino, Zambales- Reviews and give comments on all necessary documents submitted by the EPC i.e. CSHP, HIRAC, MOS, PTW and other related safety documents required by DOLE,DOE,LGU and client.- Assessing the organization’s compliance with Legal/Regulatory as well as internal norms and procedures.- Conducting safety audits with the client and EPC representatives, site inspections, risk assessment, accident/incident investigations and safety daily, weekly and monthly meetings.- Actively supervising weekly HSE walk through with the client and EPC representatives and submit Safety Observation Photos to EPC for immediate action and rectification.- Assessing the EPC Safety Officer/s for conducting monthly safety equipment’s inspection & report.- Participate in the HSE safety committee meeting with EPC and all contractors.- Helping the client and EPC in designing the project Health, Safety and Environment plans and programs.- Strictly monitoring and implementing HSE systems and policies.- Performs such other duties related to my present position.

• Performing the capacity of HSE Assistant Manager.• Conducting training programs for employees to generate awareness about EHS processes, in close coordination with departmental Managers.• Assessing the organization’s compliance with Legal/Regulatory as well as internal norms and procedures.• Conducting safety audits, site inspections, risk assessment, accident/incident investigations and safety meeting on monthly basis, safety audits with client’s representatives.

• Prepares all safety training materials and conduct trainings for all the workers in the project as per requirement by the client (UZ-KOR).• Responsible for conducting various safety awareness training programs for the supervisors and site workers.• Reviewed emergency procedures and update as necessary after any emergency incident and drill.• Coordinates for weekly safety meeting, monthly supervisor’s safety meeting etc, in order to promote safety awareness at all levels.• Coordinates and give updates for all sub-contractors regarding the safety training programs/awareness.• Prepares daily schedules of safety training and keep updated record of all attendees. • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly HSE training statistics report. • Helps in designing Health, Safety and Environment monitoring systems and policies. • Reviewed procedures for compliance with applicable laws and safety codes.

• General supervision of HSE Program. • Implementing company HSE policy & HSE plan for the project.• Conducted weekly managerial walk through for site safety inspection and participates on HSE meetings with the clients.• Monitored and supervised the company’s performance and compliance with the HSE procedure within the site limits of the project.• Conducted and attended all required HSE certifications or testing made by the third parties.• Audited and conducted safety walks and meetings with direct interference with all project parties to ensure the compliance with the HSE procedure and company standards.

• Implementing Baek Suk Engineering company policy, Hyundai HSE Plan and Saudi ARAMCO Safety Rules and Regulations on site.• Attending project progress meetings as HSE representative.• Attending site inspections with Hyundai and ARAMCO HSE inspectors, preparation of inspection reports and reporting to BSE and Management.• Regular internal site inspections, preparation of inspection reports and reporting to HSE Manager.• Accident/Incident Investigation and preparation of reports and reporting to HSE Manager.• Identifying hazards and preparation of risk assessments of method statements.

• Conduct safety orientation to all new workers.• Conduct Flawless Start Up Initiative (FSI) training to all workers.• Conduct special tool box talks every first day of the week.• Conduct skills training as per required by the client to ensure the safety and quality performance.• Initiate and recommend disciplinary action against safety defaulters.• Carryout Site Inspection and forward suggestions• Maintain record related to accidents, dangerous occurrences and diseases.• Responsible for total site safety work management and program implementation including overseeing of Subcontractor safety.
