Maintain records of work done and submit progress report to the authorities concerned. Following-up and expediting fabrication work at subcontractor yard. Ensure approved clearance achieve from the QA/QC engineer before civil works take place on site. Work delegated to the foreman according to the approved design concept plan. Discuss with the foreman about the look ahead schedule and coordinate safety procedure on site. Attend meeting with other engineers on site to discuss the daily results and issues. Prepare some correspondence letter/Meno from other sub-contractor/client on site.
