I am an energetic, ambitious and dedicated young person who always get things done.I hold a bachelor of science degree in Microbiology from Moi University and a masters of science degree in crop protection (plant pathology) at Kenyatta University.Currently, I work as a Training Officer With DUDUTECH Kenya ( a subsidiary of Flamingo Horticulture Kenya). As a Training Officer, my responsibilities are Training design, content development, delivery and evaluation of standardized and customized courses. Training needs analysis. Review and updating of training as per the client-specific need. Assessment of all competency courses. Coordination of training activities with clients. Organizing and making appointments with clients geared towards creating business. Supporting the sales team by facilitating product-oriented trainings to clients.TECHNICAL MARKETING is also added to my roles at DUDUTECH assisting in Coordination of marketing activities Coordinate telesales and delivery Customer support.a. Logistics communication Customer Relationship development Meeting planning Provide technical support to commercial and marketing teams and customers Communication both internal and external Review of Technical Marketing Material Work with the technical manager and commercial team to develop and update individual product marketing material(s) Assist with content creation.Previously, I worked as a Part-Time Training officer at Agrochemicals Association of Kenya (AAK) and also as Research Assistant at Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization where I gained a vast experience working with farmers, understood the Agrochemical industry in Kenya and Agricultural Research.Some Experiences and Skills I've acquired thus far include:Global GAP (Farm Assurer Workshop Training), Sales, Customer Experience, Training farmers molecular techniques (PCR, Gel Elecrophoresis, DNA and RNA extraction), Serological techniques (ELISA, IFA, and plaque assay), Laboratory safety, quality control and assurance, Layout of field trials, greenhouse experiments, laboratory inventory, and writing of reports and manuscripts for publishing.My greatest vision is to be part of professionals who strive to bring livelihood to the world population.
