• Oversee the operations 4-5 Club sites• Be responsible for helping to maintain a safe and clean property at all sites. • Conduct regular site visits, walk-throughs, and safety audits at assigned Club locations. • Oversee all Club Directors in the assigned region by providing them with adequate support, feedback, supervision, and guidance. • Ensure all program staff receive adequate training and coaching. • Work closely with Club Directors to ensure program quality, safety, data tracking, grant implementation, and personnel development. • Oversee all grant management, implementation, and reporting for grants associated with assigned Club locations. • Serve as a representative of Boys & Girls Club of northeast on community task forces and coalitions. • Occasionally work special events, outside of normal working hours, as required by the organization.

To provide security of youth and assist in application of clinical treatment in accomplishing the overall goal of evaluation and/or treatment of individuals judicially remanded to the facility.
