Plan, Execute and Supervise Compartmentalized Pad-mounted/Conventional transformer preventive maintenance servicing and repairs up to 25MVA which includes proper coordination with customer, preparation of outsource materials and equipments, monitoring of manpower on work site to ensure that quality and safety are always observed, preparation, analysis, and reviewing of test results and provide recommendations to customer prior to transformer energization.Execute and Supervise testing and commissioning of brand new First Philec / Philec Pad-mounted & Power Transformers up to 10MVA and other Brand Power Transformers up to 25MVA. Electrical testing includes Transformer Turns ratio, Winding resistance, Insulation resistance with Polarization Index, Insulation Power Factor with Capacitance Test, Excitation Current and Oil Dielectric Breakdown Voltage Test. Also includes Bushing Test (Capacitance and Hot collar), Static Resistance, and Functional Test of the following Power Transformer accessories (Liquid / Winding Temperature Indicator, Pressure Relief Device, and Bucholz Relay). Prepare, analyze, and review test results prior to transformer energization.Execute and Supervise preventive maintenance servicing and electrical testing of Circuit Breakers (Gas, Vacuum, and Air) such as Contact Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance, and Insulation Power Factor (applicable for 69kV and above Gas Circuit Breaker). Also includes electrical testing on Surge Arrester and Disconnect Switch such as Contact & Insulation Resistance Test. Knowledgeable on Circuit Breaker Timing and Tripping Test. Prepare, Analyze, and Review test results and provide recommendations to customer prior to transformer energization.Prepare, analyze and review test reports in line transformer diagnostics such as Oil Quality, DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis), and Furan Analysis Test.

Conduct in-process testing and inspection at winding area, internal and final assembly prior to completion of the transformer unit. Scope includes monitoring of transformer turns ratio and excitation current prior to assembly of core–coil, inspection of finished coil in accordance with the design specification, inspection during final assembly of the transformer unit such as torque application at primary and secondary bushings, oil DBV monitoring before oil filling, proper installation of bushings, core-coil assembly, etc.Conduct process/control improvement and monitoring to establish trend analysis in the production line such as load loss correction, visualization of process flow, etc. Scope includes problem identification, methodology, and data gathering on the actual units, analysis, interpretation and recommendation of possible solution for process improvement.Monitor external customer complaint database in accordance with the claim issued by customer. This includes identification of defect on the delivered product, identification whether the claim is valid or not, classification of possible responsible production line in reference with the customer complaint. In addition, scope includes customer claims investigation on cause of defects and implementation of corrective and preventive actions at the production line.Conduct Electrical testing of brand new transformers and evaluation of test results prior to delivery. Electrical test includes transformer turns ratio, winding resistance, insulation resistance, insulation power factor, no-load loss and load loss, applied and induced potential, heat-run / temperature rise, and lightning impulse.
