Employed as Maintenance Head. Manage and directs the maintenance department. Responsible for the availability of all machines / equipment and facilities such as water treatment plant, boiler, air compressors and air conditioning units. Set-up systematic approach in preventive maintenance. Do scheduling of maintenance manpower. Responsible on all maintenance in house or outsource activities. Manage efficiently and effectively the depart to drive cost.

Employed as Preventive Maintenance Coordinator. Planned coordinate schedule of preventive maintenance for the equipment of the three Red Bricks Factory. Records the downtime for all equipment and present the result charts weekly/ monthly to the technical manager to be discuss and analyze with the production and maintenance managers to agree on the needed corrective action. Maintain records of planned and completed maintenance and prepare monthly achievement report. Do also vibration testing and analysis. Using CSI 2130 analyzer, do route data collection. Transfer data to CSI 2130 software and do analysis. Advised maintenance department of any abnormalities found to repair and rehabilitation of machine or do improvement needed on the process.

Employed as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Do preventive maintenance and planned maintenance. Schedule, prioritize and plan resources of all mechanical jobs. Prepare and rehabilitate spare parts of the printing and plastic department. Provide systematic approach to control unplanned downtime by focusing attention on root cause of equipment problems. Provide a structured and organized method for routine inspection of equipment for deterioration and defects in components before problems become unplanned downtime events. Improve effectiveness and efficiency of scheduled maintenance. Analyze maintenance and operational activities and determining more time efficient methods for execution that will reduce the amount of downtime necessary to complete each task. Prioritize and sort all work orders into the appropriate maintenance planning system for execution.

Employed as a Production Officer responsible in overseeing operation and warehousing.  Plan and review all activities to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards.  Improve, modify and innovate machinery and processes to increase output and good quality product.  Train production personnel to improve their skill.  Implement Good Manufacturing Practices and Total Productive Maintenance.  Implement all company policy and procedures.  Monitor daily activities of the plant and warehouses.

Employed as Assistant Plant Manager Implementing proper operation of Crushing Plant, Motor pool and Warehousing.  Summarize all collected reports and resolve all problems and concerns of inter-department personnel.  Supervise house keeping and safety of the plant and quarry area.  Monitor work performance of plant and motor pool supervisor.  Manage production schedule and maintenance work.  Schedule and plan change oil, maintenance and repair of backhoe, pay loader, dump truck and generator set equipment.  At crushing plant, Do maintenance program on jaw and cone crusher, vibrating screen, classifier, conveyor belts and pumps.

Employed as Production Engineer, work as a team of engineers on shift.  Operate, maintain and innovate the equipment to attain target process reliability, superior product quality and no safety incident.  Plan the strategies of the production.  Do IDD (If Down Do) and autonomous maintenance.  Rebuild and refurbish equipment parts.  Assigned as a Team Leader.  Team leader manages the bottom line result of the team.  Lead team planning and result tracking, daily priority setting, production staffing, coordination and housekeeping.  Recognizes and resolves issues. Be accountable for ensuring the team to deliver safety, quality and process reliability.  Communicates expectation and development of the team and members. Be an active participant in developing and achieving the department business plan/goal. Selected as a member of the reliability Team. This Team organizes maintenance plans and schedules. Help ensure equipment stability and efficiency.  Do breakdown elimination and analysis. Uses SAP for the progressive maintenance system.  Equipment maintain are Diaper Converter Line, Drives, and Hassia six sachet detergent powder packing.  In the diaper converter line, equipment are dust collector, fiberizer (pulp mill), Pad forming drum, Belt conveyors, Unwinds, adhesive applicator, Cutters/ knives, bonding and perforator, and Auto diaper packing machine. Auto diaper packing includes stacking, transition, compression, packing and sealing.  Hassia machine includes film delivery, cutting and forming of sachet, filling and sealing, perforation and cutting of filled sachet.  Drives includes Motors, Gearboxes, Clutch, Pulleys and belts, shafts, and Pneumatics.  All these equipment, we do autonomous maintenance.

Employed as a Sales Engineer.  Showcase instrumentation products such as flow meter, gauges, thermocouple and RTD, controller and others.  Do service call and recommend parts needed by the plant for process improvement.  Help costumer in problem analysis and assist them in instrumentation product.

Employed as a Shift Supervisor in charge of Filter Aid (Dicalite) plant operation to attain target efficiency.  Do safeguard product quality and safety.  Direct and supervise personnel to effectively implement rules and regulation.  Coordinate with maintenance department regarding equipment due for checks/repair. Participate in planning, scheduling, forecasting and other innovative ideas to improve plant efficiency and product quality.   Assist in maintenance work of bucket elevator, Screw feeder, vertical furnace, cyclone separator, blower and statohm mill, diaphragm pump, dust collector and auto bagging machine (similar to cement bag packing).In 1990, assigned as a company Purchaser directly reporting to finance manager.  Ensure adequate material supply of the plant.  Source and negotiate best possible price of raw material, spare parts, equipment and services needed by the plant.  Coordinate timing of deliveries of goods.  Manage the movement of materials, spare parts, equipment and services.
