• Responsible for all aspects of facility operations at Omnicell, Santa Clara, and Milpitas business sites. Managed all vendors and contractors.• Proactively maintains critical building infrastructure with established preventative maintenance programs.• Check malfunctioning equipment, and ascertain corrective action required to restore to satisfactory operating condition. • Monitor and lead the daily activities of the facilities department, including contractors. Lead a team of 3 Facilities techs.• Worked closely with outside vendors to ensure work is completed according to specifications set forth by Ultra Clean Technology.• Overseen 3 locations for UCT, in which I was on the team that oversaw the opening of the new facilities location. The facilities department oversaw over 250K square feet of cleanrooms and office space.• Ensured the safety and protection of buildings-ensuring doorways were not blocked. • Plan and executed the return of one warehouse back to the Landlord after the lease ended in November 2022.• Set-up all new vendors to make sure they were following UCT requirements.
