JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for the design, evaluation and implementation of business processes and procedures in support of ABS-CBN Global’s group strategic directions and operational needs• Supports the Chief Information officer (CIO) by leading the role of Quality Champion in defining and implementing IT policies and process standards, communicating and measuring them across all ABS-CBN Global units • Performs Quality Assurance and leads Change Management efforts related to Solutions Delivery• Collaborates with the other Global IT Division Units in pursuit of automated and/or more cost efficient operations• Responsible for evaluating business process and systems risks and recommending procedures in mitigating them• Covers the following areas : Business Process Design & Review, Procedures Definition, Documentation & Systems Standards, Quality Assurance/Control, Systems Change Control and Monitoring, KPI and SLA Monitoring
