Accounts Receivables Specialist- Create, review, and send approximately 3,000 invoices per month as well as 60 monthly statements to customers- Daily cash applications of lockbox, commercial deposits, government lockbox/ACH, and payments by credit card- Work with other teams to ensure correct billing and to resolve unapplied payments on customer accounts- Process credit card refunds, check refunds, and chargebacks as requested- Field billing phone calls and emails to answer any questions from patients or other departments- Monthly customer balance account reconciliation- Create account adjustments to correct price changes, write-offs, and insurance retractions/customer refunds- Process $500K-$1M in insurance payments received and ensure payments are correctly applied to patient's accounts- Provide supporting documents to help with quarterly audits- Assist with new programs, special projects, and help with process improvements

- Process contracts, financial agreement, and all other enrollment forms- Responsible for Accounts Receivable input into MultiLedger accounting software- Prepare monthly invoices, maintain monthly tuition rosters, assist Site Directors with prorated tuition calculations, process refunds, and process checks/payments for bank deposits- Ensure families have been billed/invoiced, process change orders, assess late fees and collection calls- Maintain tuition families who are filing current and reconcile Unearned Income Accounts monthly- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable report and monthly ACH tuition payment form for processing and communicate any changes or parent requests to Site Directors and Sr. Director of Finance- Perform some Accounts Payable tasks.- Monitor company email and phone, order office and janitorial supplies, maintain inventory - Assist with data entry in various systems, support admin staff with projects, assist with fundraising mailing and event preparations

- Bank Reconciliations - access bank accounts and compare with commission statements, balance debits and credits, handle cash receipts and deposit checks.- QuickBooks, FileMaker, and data entries with excel worksheets and PDF's.- Assist with Direct bills and Agency bills- Help Audit and close for end of month commissions.
