 Handling the Server devices and backup devices related to Mediware Hospital Management software which is used for the Hospital Information System. Administration Mediware and creating new modules, managing users and policies, Messaging Administration are part of the job.  Taking care of Oracle 10 G Business Suite Backup which is running under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0. IBM X3650 M2 rack mounted unit is using for the purpose. Maintenance and giving training to the employees about Hospital Management Software. Managing the whole day today activities related to the Organisation including creating of User Accounts, Groups etc. Deploying different policies to the end users according to the instruction from Management. Maintaining the official website, Digital Imaging software for MRI, C.T Scan and X-ray Configuring Print Servers and File Servers. Allocating storage quota to different group of users using FSRM. Installing and configuring new servers and carrying out the hardware upgrades when ever required. Installing, managing and fine tuning the Kaspersky Anti Virus System through Remote Console Server and check the logs and activities through the Server Console. Deploying USB and Internet site access policies according to Management discretion. Liaising with the vendors and the management on implementation of new technology.

 Looking after the installation, configuration and maintenance of:o Servers and deployment in different sites.o Windows network having a capacity of more than 500 users in different locations across Kerala. Monitoring & troubleshooting Cisco routers including installation in new sites. Backup and restore the files of the company Servers. Providing guidance to Support Engineers in complicated Network, Hardware related issues. Supporting for issues in installation, configuration and maintenance of Laptops and Desktops. Liaising with the vendors and the management on implementation of new technology.  Logging all the activities in the Helpdesk software. Giving online support to the users through telephone and Remote Admin software. Configuring and maintaining Windows NT and 2000 Servers.  Rendering customer support for the whole range of computer products. Handling installation, configuration, maintenance of networks with Windows NT  Installing Modems, Designed & implemented connectivity to Email, Internet, Intranet and various on-line services. Conducting system study for customised software needs of organisations. Assembling & configuring PCs.
